1. 受以下條款及細則約束： 
    符合資格之預訂：「TTE 里數兌換旅遊獎勵優惠」（“推廣活動”）只適用於台灣時間（GMT+8）2024年5月31日至2024年6月7日期間，包括首尾兩日（“推廣期”），透過 travel.asiamiles.com（“網頁”）搜尋的全球酒店住宿及租車服務奬勵及以優惠代碼「AM4ETTE24」(“優惠代碼”) 兌換。
   • 優惠：預訂酒店住宿及租車滿20,000里數，即享2,500里數優惠（“優惠”） 
   • 旅遊日期：2024年5月31日至2024年11月30日
2. 優惠適用於所有台灣國泰會員 。 
3. 會員帳戶必須持有該預訂於使用優惠代碼折扣前的足夠里數，才可應用此優惠代碼。 
4. 優惠不適用於哩享刮刮樂。 
5. 此優惠代碼只供會員透過網頁直接使用，並不能通過或經由第三方使用。 建議使用桌機版網頁兌換。
6. 每筆交易只能使用一次優惠代碼，並不能與其他推廣折扣優惠同時使用（聯營信用卡折扣優惠除外）。聯營信用卡折扣優惠以扣除優惠代碼後的里數總額計算 。
7. 此優惠代碼只適用於推廣期內進行之網頁預訂，並不可轉讓，任何後續之預訂（包括補購里數及預訂更改）將不能享有此優惠。 
8. 此優惠代碼不適用於推廣期前之預訂，優惠代碼不具任何里數價值，並不提供任何退款或里數以外之替代 品。 
9. 禁止不當使用優惠代碼（包括但不限於出版 或銷售優惠代碼）。否則，優惠將視為無效，並可能構成欺詐。
10. 任何會員如在優惠中有任何舞弊及/或欺詐成分（由亞洲萬里通旅遊服務有限公司全權酌情決定），例如 （a）使用優惠代碼進行多次預訂，並轉售任何搜尋的全球酒店住宿及租車服務奬勵，或（b）以其他方式影響此優惠之公平性、完整性或正常運作，亞洲萬里通旅遊服務有限公司有權取消其享有優惠的資格，而不作事先通知。
11. 亞洲萬里通旅遊服務有限公司有權修改此優惠之條款及細則、更改或終止優惠。
12. 須受其他「亞洲萬里通」條款及細則約束。 
13. 如有任何因此優惠所引起之爭議，亞洲萬里通旅遊服務有限公司擁有最終的決定權。 
14. 如本條款及細則之中與英文版有任何歧義，一概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions of “TTE Hotel Redemption Offer” 

1. Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with: 
 
Qualifying Bookings: The “TTE Hotel Redemption Offer” (“Promotion”) with coupon code “AM4ETTE24” (“Coupon”) applies to Hotel and Car Rental Awards featured worldwide search parameters on travel.asiamiles.com (“Website”) within 31-May-2024 to 7-Jun-2024 (GMT+8/Taiwan time), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) 

• Offer: 2,500 miles off for hotel and car rental above 20,000 miles in a single transaction (“Discount”) 
• Travel Period: 31-May-2024 to 30-November-2024 

2. The offer is applicable to all Cathay members in Taiwan. 
 
3. The Coupon can only be used when member’s account have sufficient miles of the booking before the Coupon discount. 
 
4. The offer is not applicable to Hotel Lucky Scratch. 
 
5. For avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a member making a booking directly on the Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party. Suggest use desktop site for redemption. 
 
6. Only one Coupon per transaction may be used and cannot be combined with other offers using coupon code or special discount (except the co-branded credit card cardholders discount). The co-branded credit card discount is calculated based on the total mileage after deducting the Discount. 
 
7. The Coupon is only valid for new online booking created on Website and is not transferable, any subsequent bookings (includes top up miles, modification) will not be able to entitle the offer. 
 
8. The Coupon cannot be used for any booking previously made. The Coupon has no miles value and no refunds or miles alternative will be offered. 
 
9. Improper use of the Coupon including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Coupon is prohibited, will result in the voiding of the Coupon, and may constitute fraud. 
 
10. If Asia Miles Travel Services Limited (“AMTSL”) becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in AMTSL reasonable opinion), that a member: (a) made multiple bookings using the Coupon with a view to re-selling any Hotel and Car Rental Awards; or (b) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, AMTSL may, in its absolute discretion, cancel all bookings made by the member using the Coupon without giving any reasons thereon. 
 
11. AMTSL reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. AMTSL’s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer. 
 
12. Other Asia Miles terms and conditions apply. 
 
13. In case of disputes arising out of the offer, the decision of AMTSL shall be final binding. 
 
14. In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail.

• 酒店之里數價值供參考，仍須視乎供應情況而異。
• 現場完成刮刮樂抽獎加碼贈經典行李吊牌乙個，贈品發放以現場提供為主，贈完為止。
• 如有任何爭議，國泰航空公司與亞洲萬里通有限公司及服務/產品供應商保留最終決定權。
