    Terms and conditions
    1. This promotional fare (“offer”) is provided to passengers who book flights departing from Incheon to Madrid and Barcelona on Cathay Pacific’s official website (https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_KR) and is available with Cathay Pacific Airways (“Cathay”). Passengers who use this promotion are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions (including any changed terms).
    2. The Offer period is from 1 June to 30 June 2024. Travel departure period is from 1 June to 31 December 2024.
    3. The cabin class for flight discount offer is Business class, Premium Economy class and Economy class for all subclasses.
    4. The boarding pass redemption for shopping offer at The Bicester Collection, Spain is until 31 December 2024.
    5. Child rates are 75% of the adult rate, and infant rates are 10% of the adult rate.
    6. Tickets booked through open-jaw, multi-city, package, Cathay Pacific mobile app and other channels are not eligible.
    7. Rebooking: Rebooking fees apply to travel dates and flight changes on the same route, depending on class availability, ticket validity period, applicable taxes and fare differences. Please refer to ‘Fare Conditions’ when making a reservation.
    8. No-show: A no-show fee applies and the amount varies depending on the reservation level. Please refer to ‘Fare Conditions’ when making a reservation.
    9. Refunds: Cancellation fees vary depending on your booking class, please refer to ‘Fare Conditions’ when booking.

    11. Promotional discount applies only to the base fare and does not apply to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees, handling fees or any other charges.

For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
