New Shopping Earn Rate

1. The new earn proposition became effective as of 22 May 2023.
2. The earn rate varies according to product categories and Cathay membership tiers. Please refer to Cathay.com for the latest earn proposition.
3. Miles can be earned on the full cash or cash portion of the Miles Plus Cash purchase. If miles are used to pay for part of the purchase, miles will only be earned on the portion paid with cash excluding taxes, import duties and clearance (if applicable).
4. To find out how many miles you could earn, simply slide the Miles Plus Cash slider on the product details page and cart page at the time of checkout.
5. Eligible transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed will be disqualified for mileage accrual.
6. Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. and Asia Miles Limited reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify the earn prepositions and its terms and conditions at any time and at their sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
7. Miles will be credited to Members’ account within 3 working days after the order has been fulfilled, i.e., the delivery of products/voucher has been completed or the products have been picked up or redeemed by members.

Up to 3,000 bonus Miles limited-time offer

1. The promotion period is from 22 May 2023, 12:00 to 17 July 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Transaction which consists of return or exchange are deemed as ineligible transaction.
3. Members must spend HKD1,000/USD128 or above in a single transaction at Cathay online or Cathay - Cityplaza to earn 2,000 miles.
4. Members must pick up at least one item from the order to earn a bonus 1,000 miles. For those who are qualified for this bonus 1,000 miles, he/or she would not be eligible to enjoy the Cathay – Cityplaza 500 bonus miles offer.
5. Each member can only earn the above offers once and earn up to 3,000 miles during the promotion period.

Cash discount on selected brands

1. The promotion period is from 22 May 2023, 12:00 to 10 July 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Transaction which consists of return or exchange are deemed as ineligible transaction.
3. The cash discount promotion only applies to items from selected brands.
4. The total discount available to members is subject to the final calculation shown on the shopping cart page.

Boarding Pass Offer

1. The promotion period is from 1 Jun 2023, 12:00 to 31 Aug 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Members must show digital or physical Cathay Pacific boarding pass to enjoy 5% off for miles and cash on Cathay Exclusives at Cathay - Cityplaza.
3. The flight ticket validity must be within 1 month after the boarding date.
4. Each member can only enjoy the offer once during the promotion period.

Coffee voucher at Domain, East Hotel

1. The promotion period is from 22 May 2023, 12:00 to 31 Aug 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Members who purchase HKD500 or above at Cathay – Cityplaza or spend HKD500 online and choose to pick up at Cathay – Cityplaza can get a cup of coffee voucher at Domain, East Hotel.
3. Each member can only enjoy the offer once during the promotion period.
4. This reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Cathay – Cityplaza 500 bonus miles offer

1. Members who purchase HKD 500 or above in a single transaction at Cathay – Cityplaza or pick up can enjoy 500 bonus miles.
2. The arrangement became effective as of 22 May 2023.
3. Members who are qualified for the extra 1,000 Bonus Miles under the New Earn Rate Launch Offer would not be eligible to enjoy this offer.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Cathay-Cityplaza Bonus Miles Offers.

General

1. No further notice will be given if members are unable to receive rewards due to limited quota.
2. The "Up to 3,000 bonus Miles limited-time offer" and "Cathay – Cityplaza 500 bonus miles offer" will be credited to the eligible members who have fulfilled the relevant requirements stated in the clauses above, within 8 weeks after 17 July 2023.
