  1. Customers who spend USD 250 or more (online and offline combined) each month (December 2024, January 2025) during the promotion period (from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025) and receive the duty-free products by 31 January 2025, are eligible for triple bonus miles. 
  2. Eligible customers can earn up to 1,500 miles per month. Miles will be credited to Cathay membership accounts consecutively starting from the 15th day of the month following the product receipt date.  
  3. Customers who fulfil the spending and product receipt requirements for each month (December 2024, January 2025) within the promotion period can earn up to a total of 3,000.
  4. The examples below are based on the dollar-won exchange rate of USD 1 = KRW 1,000. 
    • Example 1: If a customer spends USD 250 on 24 December 2024, USD 100 on 1 January 2025, and USD 300 on 20 January 2025, receiving all products on 31 January 2025, the total bonus miles would be 750 miles for December and 1,200 miles for January, yielding a total of 1,950 miles.  
    • Example 2: If a customer spends USD 250 on 30 November, 2024, receiving the product on 1 January, 2025, the total miles would be 250. (Triple Bonus Miles not applicable) 
    • Example 3: If a customer spends $800 on 25 December, 2024, and $500 on 4 January, 2025, receiving the product on 31 January, 2025, the total miles would be 3,000 (Monthly limit up to 1,500). 
  5. Triple bonus miles do not apply to the purchases made before 1 December 2024 or, or to deliveries made after the promotion period even if USD 250 or more was spent during the promotion period.  
  6. If you are not eligible for the bonus miles, the terms and conditions for basic accumulation (up to 500 miles per month) will apply.
  7. The bonus Asia Miles cannot be transferred to other individuals or exchanged for cash or other goods. 
  8. Asia Miles Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited reserve the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions and any arrangements related to the bonus miles at their sole discretion without prior notice or lability. The decision of Asia Miles on all matters related to this redemption shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

Visitor Privilege Card

Please follow the steps to apply for the Visitor Privilege Card and enjoy the shopping benefits. 

  1. Go to the service counter at each store. 
  2. Present your passport (for non-Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau residents) or Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan (for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau residents). You can apply for a Visitor Privilege Card at service counter on the first floor. 
  3. Fill out the application form. 
  4. The service staff will provide you with the application form. Please fill out the basic information (name as on passport/passport number/date of birth/gender/nationality). 
  5. Receive your Visitor Privilege Card. 
  6. After completing the application form, you can collect the Visitor Privilege Card from the service staff.

Exclusive gift 

  1. Apply for a Visitor Privilege Card with your passport to redeem a "limited gift".(based on quota from each store).

Offer 2: Overseas members exclusive Double miles with every spend

  1. “Double miles with every spend” promotion period is from 1 June 2024 to 30 April 2025("Promotion Period"), including the first and last days.
  2.
