Step 1
Take a separate photo for each receipt.
Step 2
Send an email with the receipt and your 10-digit Cathay membership number to valt-mitsui@valt-japan.com
Remarks:
- Application emails must be sent on the purchase date for the validation. Any emails sent after the purchase date will render the application invalid.
- The facility name, purchase date, and amount on the receipt must be included in the photo.
- Attach only one receipt image per email. Please send separate emails if you have more than one application.
